What our Energy Help Desk offers community groups and organisations…
Our facilitator is trained to offer energy advice and support, via our network of energy efficiency partners and member organisations. We are a first point of contact for many in the community, offering referral services to helplines like the Warmer Homes Advice and Money service, as well as supporting local residents to access the Priority Services Register.
We also have a network of trained Energy Help Desk Champions, who will support the facilitator from time to time, as well as stepping in to help us deliver more frequent sessions across the city.
